Today, the successful series Inazuma Eleven Go has given the NGO “Educo” a € 4.000 check, to be dedicated to their Lunch Grants Program. This donation is the result of the solidarity campaign that Inazuma Eleven started last August through Youtube, with a solidarity video. The video showed the never-seen-before Inazuma production process, and invited their fans to share the video, because for every view, Inazuma Eleven would donate 5 € cents to the NGO. The Marketing department of Inazuma Eleven took the viralizing opportunity that youtube gives, and for the first time in the TV sector, proved that “if you watch, we will donate”, famous internet “hoax”, can become true. The watchers’ response was amazing and the “Inazuma Eleven Dining grants video” achieved the goal of raising € 4.000 which will go entirely to the NGO. Arait Multimedia, the rightholder of Inazuma Eleven and Inazuma Eleven Go, includes this initiative in their “social responsibility program” together with previous actions such as the “Inazuma Eleven Charity Football Match” or the “Madrid City Games” Sponsorship. This video campaign was also supported by a lot of Inazuma Eleven Licensors, and Channel Boing, the tv broadcaster. The event was attended by Educo Regional Manager, Montse Gómez Oliva, Arait Multimedia Director, Arantxa García Merino, Boing Programming Coordinator, Mónica Chaves and, as a big surprise, Victor Blade, one of the most popular characters of Inazuma Eleven Go.
